Can Detention forward messages like my SMTP server?
Answer: Yes. The Administrator software will need to be used to configure who will have the rights to forward messages.

How does Detention add users?
Answer: Detention automatically adds users from a user's ability to validate against the existing SMTP server.
What happens if my 60-day trial license expires?
Answer: Detention's anti-spam protection will automatically shut off and all messages will be passed through. 

If I receive detained e-mails via POP3, will I receive the same e-mails in my inbox when a sender validates through the web page?
Answer: Yes. Verified emails are released to the user's inbox for a timely delivery.
